User Support is coordinated by CIMA Foundation and will be guaranteed through e-mail, during working hours (8:00-17:00), 5-days-a-week in English.

Users shall use, alternatively:

• GloFAS Contact Us form

• EFAS user support

Please remember to file your request for support by selecting GFM in the Subject drop-down menu
